All houses have a two year guarantee which covers all the construction work; therefore we will fix or replace anything that is damaged in this two year period. From the time you place your deposit with us, until construction is complete, everything is covered by insurance. Should anything go wrong you can rest assure that your deposit is completely safe. We take care of all paperwork necessary for buying your property including arranging a tax number. We also offer a service to those clients who will build the house for holiday purposes. If you are not planning to live here permanently we can arrange to look after your property and maintain it until you return.
